The Pantry Blend

Medium Roast: Lovely bright acidity with taste notes of Berries, Spice and a finish of toasted chocolate

Colombian, Guatemalan & Ethiopian coffees make up what can only be described as an outstanding coffee.

Roasted for our Espresso Machine, but can be enjoyed slow brewed as a Filter or in a Cafetiere

Colombian – La Manuela

Medium Roast:  Delightfully rich with sweets fruit notes. This coffee is washed, Sun-dried, grown on the slopes of the central mountain range under the shade of thorny bamboo & banana trees, helping to give La Manuela a distinctive character.

Guatemala – Antigua Los Volcanes

Medium Roast: Wet Processed with Floral, Citrus & Hazelnut with a chocolate finish. Customers seeking a full flavour but without the bitterness that is often associated with coffee that is roasted too dark. Ours is roasted in small batches, to a medium roast level – this keeps the intrinsic sweetness in the bean and therefore the flavour!

Brazilian – Rio Verde Farm

Medium Roast: Dried naturally. This unique coffee is slightly citric, thick creamy body with a pronounced caramel taste and rich floral overtones.

Ethiopian – Yirga Cheffe

Medium Roast: Washed then dried on beds. Flowery and fruity smell which initializes its very distinct taste. Shortly after this aroma passes the mild but full coffee aroma arrives accompanied by a few light fruit touches to the mouth of berries, cherry and vanilla.
